Went to see a post-peak oil localization movie show in Boulder Friday night. It was good, but a little alarmist (Jeff's great word). Just presenting problems, no direction on solutions. But it got me thinking about the whole situation.

What size can a locally sustained society be? How big can it get? Do we have enough room for everyone to be in one?

Got a comment on here by a fellow blogger the other day. Thanks! How you found it, I have no idea. I think you increase my readership to 2. :)

Park Ranger has to be an interesting job. Not sure how I would handle the extremes of all the beauty and life, and the people who don't know enough to appreciate it. Thanks for your hard work, JuicyFruiter!

I removed the link because I think it was a form letter. I got the same one from someone else.
Shame on you people. Burn on the internet highway, ye dregs, burn.

So Pat Robertson has made another grand statement about Israel and God, saying that Sharon's stroke is God's punishment for dividing His land.

He feels it is fully within his right to quote the Bible. Seems he is very comfortable speaking for his God, too.

What the hell does a religious leader have to say to be discredited as a whack-job these days? Donkey humper.

Keep talking Pat. Your performance review is coming soon, too.
